This is pretty amazing video of a woman driving extremely erratically on the highway. It was so bad that the man who was filming it caught up with the woman and made her stop her car.
Turns out she was on drugs:
The woman captured on camera while driving erratically on Interstate 275 Friday evening has admitted to using heroin and meth use before she was pulled over, according to Hamilton County officials.Sandra Harris, 43, of Mt. Orab has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence and marked lanes violations after the incident on Friday. In the video recorded by Amelia resident Sam Haynes, Harris is seen driving across several lanes of traffic and into the grassy median before stopping on the shoulder of I-275.Harris admitted to using heroin and meth before operating her vehicle during an interview with sheriff’s deputies from Hamilton County on Sunday afternoon, according to Mike Robison, spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.“When deputies arrived at the scene, they found Harris passed out with her head on the steering wheel,” Robison said. “They said she was displaying obvious signs of drug use.”Robison said Haynes was also interviewed on Sunday as a witness to Friday’s incident. At the time Robison said he was unsure if Haynes could face charges for operating an electronic device while driving. On Monday, Robison said Haynes is not under investigation and “will not be charged because he did not commit a crime.”
