Karl Rove whines about Ted Cruz attacking Bush SCOTUS appointments

I thought when Ted Cruz was attacking the Supreme Court appoints of Bush Sr. and Bush Jr., he was making a substantive argument about picking genuine conservatives and fighting for them as opposed to picking those easier to get past the Senate’s nomination process. After all, a lot has happened since Roberts was appointed to the court as he’s turned out to be a disaster and this is definitely something worth pointing out.
But apparently to Rove that was almost criminal, especially since Cruz didn’t include Reagan’s appointment in his criticism.
